The Lady is a four-part true crime drama series for ITV/BritBox, produced by Left Bank Pictures and directed by Lee Haven Jones.

The series charts the rise and fall of Jane Andrews, former royal dresser to Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, whose rags-to-riches fairy tale unravelled when she was convicted of murder. Once a young working-class girl from Grimsby, Jane answered an advertisement in a magazine and became the Duchess's dresser at Buckingham Palace, moving amongst the highest social circles in Britain before losing her position after nearly a decade of service.

Rather than focusing solely on the crime, the series traces Jane's humble beginnings before her chance of a lifetime at the palace, and asks how a relationship that began with such promise could end in one of the UK's most shocking murder cases.

Starring Mia McKenna-Bruce as Jane Andrews, Natalie Dormer as Sarah Ferguson, and Ed Speleers as Thomas Cressman.
